Booking Terms

A charge of £30 will be made for lost keys.

Any damages must be paid for by the guest upon checking out.

If a guest leaves without checking out the amount outstanding will be charged to their nominated credit card.

Items left in the room will be forwarded to the guest, but we do have to charge our postage costs for this service.

Should a guest remove items from the room such as the hair dryer or iron, or not declare consumption the hotel reserves the right to charge their nominated credit card with the appropriate amount.

Smoking in all rooms is strictly prohibited.

Check-in time is from 12 noon till 22.00pm

Check-out time is 10.30am

If you wish to book multiple night’s stay (4 night’s plus) , the first night will be charged in advents & not refundable & the rest of the reservation will be canceled

There is no booking charge nor no cancellation charge as long you cancel within 48 hour's of the booking date.

Express Check-Out:
To enjoy our express check-out facility, simply leave your credit card details at Reception when you check in. Your account will be placed under your door the night before you depart, and you can leave your room key in the express check-out box at the reception or just leave the key in the room.
